Field notes
Observation stays useful when it keeps the person in the frame.
Field notes are the working edge of Lebamo. They are not surveillance, metrics, or polished case studies. They are patient descriptions of what people reach for, where they slow down, what words reduce pressure, and which objects quietly organize a transition. The note is successful when it helps someone redesign one humane interval.
